Online Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from Charley's, however if you need to return you purchase our return policy is below.

1. Notify Charley's Boutique at sales@charleysboutique.com to receive authorization for return. Please include your name and item to return.

2. Merchandise must have all original tags attached to clothing, unworn, unwashed and smoke free.

3. Online Returns are paid by the customer.

4. Returns within 7 days following these guidelines will receive a full refund.

5. Refunds take 3-5 days to process.

6. Returns within 8-14 days will receive store credit.

7. Returns not accepted after 14 days from the date order was received.

8. Sale items are final sale.

9. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact sales@charleysboutique.com within 3 days of package delivery.

10. Return instructions will be emailed as soon as you notify Charley's Boutique of return.
