Online Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from Charley's, however if you need to return you purchase our return policy is below.

1. Authorization must be confirmed for returns, email sales@charleysboutique.com with your name and item to return.

2. Merchandise must have all original tags, be unworn, unwashed and smoke free.

3. Online Returns are paid by the customer.

4. Returns within 7 days that meet these guidelines will receive a full refund.

5. Refunds take 3-5 days to go through the return process.

6. Returns within 8-14 days will receive store credit.

7. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

8. Sale items are final sale.

9. If you receive an item that is damaged you must contact us within 3 days of package delivery at sales@charleysboutique.com

10. We do not offer online exchanges due to high demands for our items and cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock.
